 If you are struggling with stress over relationships, anger, shame, guilt, feeling lost or misunderstood, we understand how difficult that can be. You might feel like things are out of your control, and you are not sure what is happening to you. You’ve done so much to mask what's going on and don’t think anyone will understand. It’s hard to talk about what you’re going through, you feel no one will understand. Talking about it will help you begin to understand what you are going through.  You will have a safe place to talk about what is going on.

Here Are Some of the Things That You Can Get Help With:

  • worrying about school or work

  • having problems with family or friends

  • trying hard to do everything right

  • feeling scared, angry, or sad most of the time

  • feeling bad or ashamed of yourself

  • feeling lost or misunderstood

Even if you are feeling overwhelmed with feelings like these, we can help.

As your counselor, we can help you find ways to start feeling better, understand what is going on, and help you to work on things that are troubling you.  

We've worked with individuals like you who have gone through many problems.  You are not alone.  You can be yourself and go at your own pace.  You will have someone who will listen and not make judgments about what you are going through.
