About Sandra's Professional Background

Sandra received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Governors State University and a Master of Professional Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University. Holding a clinical license in Professional Counseling in Illinois (LCPC). She received training to work with complex trauma, trainings include NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Sandtray Therapy, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault/Crisis Intervention and Counseling Training, and BrainSpotting (BSP). Sandra is currently working on receiving advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Attachment.

 

Sandra specializes in working with individuals who struggle with attachment, relational and developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and family of origin issues.
